EZ EOC creates the templates for all your team’s plans. Normally we can update your plans within 24 hours, so your team can focus their efforts on making sure the information is accurate.

Template‑driven document generation

EZ EOC converts CMS Word templates into data‑dependent documents. CMS required language has a black font, boilerplate language has a green font, and plan variable data has a blue font— making ownership and edits crystal clear.
Step 2 CMS integration

Direct integration with CMS data

CMS provides each MAP sponsor’s data in “sas” and “txt” formats. EZ EOC converts the txt files into SQL tables and uses SQL queries to identify benefits based on the CMS dictionary. These values are ready for loading directly to the Word templates.

  • EZ EOC posts your plans as Word docs to a secure FTP site.
  • Your team downloads and notifies EZ EOC if any changes are required.

Changes view for continuing plans

For all plans continuing sponsorship, this view identifies all cases where the current year and next year values are different. The current year value is struck‑through red, the next year value is underlined red, and they are separated by “TO”.
Ownership SME‑centric

The SME report lists all plans and all variables owned by each SME. Variables are colored based on their values per plan, and the number of different values is summarized as “versions” in the top row.
